Wim Decloedt

Wim studied at the Catholic University of Leuven where he obtained his law degree in 1996. Subsequently, he obtained a DES (Diplôme d'Etudes Spécialisées - Manama) in European and International Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 1997.
In the same year, he took his oath at the Brussels Bar and started his professional career as a lawyer at a Brussels firm.
In 2003, he founded the firm Delta Healthcare Attorneys, which focused exclusively on providing services to doctors.
In 2024, Wim and his firm joined FAIRWAY - Partners in Law and Mediation, where he has been managing partner since then and continues to focus with his team on healthcare law and comprehensive legal services to health professionals.
Finally, Wim is a much sought-after speaker and author in the field of health law.
